Data deletion

The channel operator directly controls the locally stored authorization, campaign, Analytics, and generated-content data.

1. Revoke Google access

  1. Open Google Account connections.
  2. Select AI Business Files Automation.
  3. Remove the connection.

Revocation prevents the saved refresh token from obtaining new access tokens. It does not remove files from the operator's computer.

2. Delete local authorization data

Close the application and delete youtube_token.json from the application directory. The OAuth client configuration may also be removed if the application should no longer be authorized from that computer.

3. Delete campaign and generated data

The operator may delete the local database for run, upload, research, and Analytics records; the publication calendar; generated run folders and rendered videos; and generated visual assets.

Deletion is permanent unless a backup exists. Records required for accounting, legal, or editorial purposes should be retained first.
