Terms of Service

The operating rules for AI Business Files Automation and the responsibilities that remain with the channel operator.

Authorized use

The application may be used only by a channel owner or authorized channel manager. The user must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service, channel monetization policies, the Google API Services User Data Policy, copyright and privacy law, advertising rules, and all other applicable requirements.

Content responsibility

The application includes research, originality, evidence, caption-sync, and render-quality checks, but automated checks cannot guarantee factual accuracy, originality, legal compliance, monetization, revenue, reach, or virality. The channel operator remains responsible for content and publication decisions.

The application must not be used to download or republish competitor media, impersonate people, fabricate evidence, infringe intellectual-property rights, or publish deceptive or harmful content.

Google and YouTube access

The application accesses Google and YouTube only after OAuth authorization. Access can be revoked at any time through the operator's Google Account connections page. Features that depend on revoked scopes will stop working.

Availability

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. APIs, quotas, policies, local models, media tools, and platform behavior may change or become unavailable. No promise is made that uploads will be accepted, scheduled, monetized, recommended, or viewed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Business Files is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the application.
